We, IIFL Foundation, are the CSR arm of IIFL Group, a financial services conglomerate. Since our inception in 2015, we have been working proactively in each of our focus areas under the acronym, HELP.

India is home to millions of out of school children. Unfortunately, girls are the worst affected, either drop out of school early in life or are never enrolled
Financial Literacy Inclusion
IIFL is a leading diversified financial services company and creating a financially aware and literate population we feel is our moral obligation.
Water Conservation
The geographical diversity of India is a blessing which offers a variety of crops as agriculture holds the place of prime occupation in the country.
Health Program
IIFL Foundation supports the pilgrims belonging from the weaker sections of the society by offering free of cost medical treatment and care along with necessities like food and drinking water.
Employee Engagement
Our programme is based on volunteerism. Employees who are willing to participate, nominate and engage in CSR programmes. In the process, they embrace the changes and evolve as responsible corporate citizens.
Disaster Relief & Rehabilitation
Due to its geographical positioning, India is highly exposed to various natural calamities. Such disasters pose a threat to the sustainable development of the country as well as cause loss of lives and livestock.

Looking to make the world a better place to live in, our ‘Change creators’ work with relentless dedication
to uplift the underprivileged sections of the society. They play an instrumental role in helping us
achieve our vision. IIFL Foundation provides a platform for the ‘Change creators’ to showcase their
